Killeen-Cove Chiefs (KCCYSA)

Dear Prospective Youth Sports Organization Supporter,

KCCYSA youth football and cheer humbly appeals to your generosity and asks that you consider our organization worthy of your sponsorship and/or a donation this year.

KCCYSA is a 501c3 non-profit organization serving the youth of the local Fort Hood community since 2009. The organization’s mission is to promote community citizenship, good sportsmanship and physical and mental development through healthy, organized competition and team work for 4 through 14 year olds. The program is open to all and does not conduct tryouts, make roster cuts or restrict membership due to race, religion, gender or ability.  KCCYSA is a member of the Texas AAU Youth Football League (TXAAUYFL), part of the National AAU Organization, the most diverse & largest youth sports program in the United States.

KCCYSA has taught over 250 participants per year the basic fundamentals of the sport, fostered good sportsmanship and provided an excellent physical challenge. Our volunteers are USA Heads-Up Football Certified Annually, have passed background checks and utilize the latest safer training techniques and equipment in teaching their respective sports. There are no paid positions within this organization.

Each year we strive to keep the registration costs as low as possible to allow as many kids the opportunity to participate as possible. Your sponsorship and/or donation will help to keep those costs down. It will also help with many other expenses which include replacing older helmets and shoulder pads, lighted football practice facilities and indoor practice space for cheer during winter months, uniforms, facility rental fees, practice equipment, academic awards, etc…

By making a contribution, your business would receive local recognition and advertising on our website (www.kccasa.org), Facebook page (www.facebook.com/KCCYSA/), annual player program, and field banners displayed at all home games, which have an average daily attendance of over 500 paying visitors.
